Protein Pancakes

Breakfast, lunch, dinner, or snack. These 5 minute pancakes have been a staple and favorite of mine for years.
1⁄2-1 Scoop Plant based Protein (Pea protein works best)
2 Tbsp Chia or Flax (this mix has both w/chocolate flavor)
1 Egg
2 Egg Whites
1⁄2- 1 Tablespoon Almond butter
Dash Sea Salt
Dash Cinnamon
Mix ingredients together in small mixer for easy clean-up. Pour mix over medium heat pan with coconut oil. Top with Tbsp almond butter or mix with some almond butter. Mix it up by adding pumpkin, oats, banana, avocado, etc.. Consistency is everything here, make sure it has a thick pancake-like batter.
