Ever see a recipe and think, “that looks nice but I don’t where to start”? I know that I sure have. Over the last 10 years, I’ve had a fascination with upgrading the recipes that look delicious. Upgrading to me means keeping the delicious but using the best quality ingredients that contribute to long term health.
Whether it’s lack of ingredients, time, or overwhelm… I’ve created some of my favorite recipes with time in mind. Almost all of these require less than 5 total ingredients.
