Get your positive habits going like dominoes in the AM.

This has been a routine of mine for more than 6 years… I’ve fine tuned a few thangs over the years.

You need to detoxify your liver because a stressed liver cannot metabolize fat effectively and which gets deposited around your waistline. Lemon water excellently increases enzymes that detoxify your liver so that it may carry out its basic functions efficiently.

    I just bought some ginger extract drops and I have the powder form of both cayenne and turmeric. Any idea on how much to add to the 8oz of water?

      I would add 10 drops or a small squirt of ginger, 1/2 tsp of turmeric, and just a dash of the cayenne.. Lemon with the water to cut the taste and aid in absorption. When I travel, I’ll use a more concentrated for of turmeric powder made by “mega foods”.
