A few of my favorite staples that you will find in my shopping cart
Eating healthy shouldn’t be as complicated as most make it out to be. Keeping this short and sweet; here are my favorite tools and tips for adding delicious to your healthy!


Pea Protein By Nutra Summa
Why: Dairy-free and Gluten-Free Protein that comes naturally from Yellow Peas (but taste much better than you could imagine). This can be used as a flour alternative that packs extra protein without the carbs!
How to Use: Use for pancake mix or a swap to flours in recipes. Also great for smoothies, shakes, and desserts. Must try my thin mint recipe!
Where to get it: Available at most health stores, Sprouts and Whole Foods

parmaParma Seasoning Blend (vegan parmasean)
Why:This is my go-to seasoning blend for vegetables, salads, eggs, and sauces. Made from nutritional yeast, garlic, and walnuts. Provides a cheese like taste that is very satisfying. Also high in B vitamins and Protein without any garbage!
How to Use: Sprinkle up to 2 tbsp on to a dish to add a savory flavor boost.
Where to get it: Whole Foods or online

Teas – Kombucha, SporTea and Matcha Maker
Why: Most Teas are loaded with sugar and garbage. A good tea adds benefits like digestion aids or antioxidants. Kombucha is naturally carbonated and fermented so it is rich in probiotics which have been shown to benefit the immune system.
How to Use: Kombucha can be drank with a meal or when you are craving a carbonated beverage or soda. The two other teas can be brewed ahead of time and used in stir-fry dishes to reduce burning along with providing a base for smoothies or a general beverage. SporTea is closer to an iced tea that is rich in energy-friendly nutrients.

coconut oilLiquid Coconut oil
Why: Coconut oil is made up of MCT’s which are a unique type of fat that converts to energy easier. Great to add to coffee or tea for consistency and satiety. Coconut oil is one of the better choices when it comes to heat; such as stir-frying due to it’s higher smoke point.
How to Use: Add to coffee or tea to help boost the caffeine. Use as a base when stir-frying eggs, pancakes or vegetables.

steviasStevia (liquid flavors)
Why:With a simple squirt you can transform a liquid into chocolate, English Toffee, Vanilla, or one of the many other flavors. Huge bonus is that stevia comes natural from a leaf and has zero calories. Since stevia had no sugar- it will not have a negative effect on your blood sugar.
How to Use: Squirt up to a full dropper into coffee, tea, smoothies, juices, or homemade ice cream
Where to get it: Available at most health stores, Sprouts and Whole Foods
