Flavor with purpose… This started years ago with me needing to increase my amino acids with the urge to grow through adolescence. My childhood doctor said that I would not grow as big as my older brother without the raw materials that I needed. The good news is that Protein does more than help you grow; it keeps your brain function alert, assists with healthy nervous system, metabolism, and immune function just to name a few bi-products.
This turned into a never-ending mission of research and development in the kitchen. The following are a few of my favorite simple meal and snack ideas that are natural with low sugar. But big flavor.. Try them out and let me know what you think.
